Combined destoner

The combined destoner is designed to eliminate the stone of various kind of fruit like peach plums, apricots, cherries, without changing the equipment.
Thanks to a mobile central divider placed in the loading hopper, you can feed the area for plums-cherries or the area peaches-apricots.
Usually the destoner is equipment for processing/destone only one kind of fruit plum/cherries apricots/peach In this case the machine has both equipment
The product is pushed by a guillotine between two rollers that rotate towards each other (one with a rubber surface and the other with toothed discs) and is separated from the stone to be crushed.
The pulp crushed between the teeth of the disc is removed by a comb.
A special sorter guarantees total separation of the nuts from the pulp.
